We have implemented the following safety protocols in accordance with the BC Coastal Health Authority and WorkSafeBC.
The health and safety of our guests and staff members is of utmost importance to us. These are some steps we are taking to ensure the well-being of all that enter our establishment:
- Reducing service capacity to 50%
- Providing hand sanitizer to all guests and staff prior to entering and throughout the restaurant
- A health check list completed daily for our staff before their shift
- Socially distancing parties two meters from one another
- Limiting the number of guests to a maximum of 6 people per table
- Guests will be reminded that if they are displaying Covid-19 symptoms, they should stay home
- Ensuring all staff wear non-surgical masks and follow strict handwashing procedures
- Only accepting cards for payment with as limited touching as possible
- Minimizing direct contact between staff and guests where possible
- Regular disinfection throughout service of frequently touched surfaces
- Thoroughly sanitizing tables and chairs between each seating
- Complete bathroom checks and sanitization every 15 minutes of peak service times
- Keeping a record of one (1) guest per group’s contact information as per the BC Ministry of Health
- Removing all tabletop items and providing roll-up utensils, glassware, and condiments only when required
- Designating distinctive queues for dine-in guests and take-out customers
- Offering sanitizable laminated menus as well as online menu options
- We have posted signage throughout the restaurant to reflect and help enforce our established safety protocols
